There have been a number of times that I've been asked, "What kind of personal injury cases do you handle?" My response would be, "Serious Personal Injury cases, frequently resulting in catastrophic injury or catastrophic injuries, sometimes resulting in wrongful death."

Toxic Chemical Exposure
Product Liability cases, including:
Defective Products; Food Poisoning
Construction Accidents
Custodial care or responsibility cases, including:
Sexual Abuse Cases; Foster Care Abuse; Negligent Supervision
What is, Serious Personal Injury or Catastropic Injury? Typically, we're speaking about injuries that aren't easily healed or repaired - injuries that can last a lifetime and cause significant pain. Catastropic injuries could include traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, disfigurement and burns. Serious injuries could include fractures, soft-tissue injuries, mental-health related injuries, and less-significant burns. Fatal injuries are those that result in the death of the injured person.
